
王昕,女,1993年生,陕西扶风人,中共党员,博士,讲师。2016年西北农林科技大学食品质量与安全专业本科毕业,2018年西北农林科技大学食品工程专业硕士研究生毕业,2022年西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程专业博士研究生毕业。2022年至今为永利集团食品卫生与营养学专业教师,主要从事发酵食品及营养健康食品制造相关研究,具体研究方向包括:微生物发酵夏秋茶及其化学组分和风味研究;茯砖茶中优势菌群分布及其在营养健康食品制造中的应用;新型功能真菌的挖掘及对实验动物的保护作用和机制研究;茶叶和中草药资源挖掘利用;功能性食品开发及功能评价。
【教学情况】
先后承担《临床营养学》《食品原料学》《食品标准与法规》《食品分析与检验》《茶叶深加工与综合利用》《粮油加工学》《食品包装学》《病原生物学与免疫学》等课程的教学工作。指导员工完成多项中国国际互联网+项目及老员工创新创业训练计划项目,其中,大创项目“金花之谜:茯砖茶中益生菌筛选及胃肠环境生存探究”,获得省级立项,指导员工发表论文2篇,指导本科毕业生10余人。
